Head Field Solutions is expanding and looking for a
Business Development Executive
to join our on-site team in
Noida (Sector 57) . This is a full-time, 5-day working role aligned with
US EST hours .
Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with prior experience in
selling services ,
B2B client acquisition , and
outsourcing solutions . The ideal candidate should have a proven record of dealing with
American customers , driving lead generation, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and engage potential clients across the US market for staffing and outsourcing services.
Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships.
Conduct client calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to pitch service offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly business targets and KPIs.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
within
B2B or outsourcing services .
Prior experience in dealing with
US-based clients
is a must.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills .
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Location : Sector 57, Noida (Work from Office)
Shift : US EST Hours (Night Shift)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
