Job Description
The Key Account Manager - TW & CV is a specialized role focused on managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sectors. This role involves understanding the unique needs of these key accounts, developing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. The Key Account Manager acts as a strategic partner to these clients, helping them optimize their insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Needs Analysis : Understand the client's business goals and insurance needs to propose customized solutions.
- Cross-selling / Up-selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products.
- Renewal Management : Ensure timely renewal of all key account policies by demonstrating value and resolving any issues.
- Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to secure profitable agreements.
- Market Feedback : Serve as a conduit for client feedback to internal product development and marketing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably within the automotive or insurance industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, strategic accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of two-wheeler and commercial vehicle insurance products
