Are you passionate about driving commercial excellence and enabling scalable growth in a high-performance tech environment?

Were looking for a Manager Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore, where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimizing revenue processes, and empowering data-driven decision-making.

What Were Looking For :

  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, revenue / sales operations, or business strategyideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • [Preferred] Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and understanding of GTM workflows (lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting).
  • Experience in sales incentive design, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do :

  • Define and manage sales targets, design incentive programs, and ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
  • Optimize GTM workflows and sales territories leveraging tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay to drive productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key revenue, funnel, and productivity metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance across segments.
  • Lead automation and system enhancement projects, piloting AI-native tools to improve forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality analytics to support executive business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Location : Bangalore
