What Were Looking For :
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, revenue / sales operations, or business strategyideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- [Preferred] Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and understanding of GTM workflows (lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting).
- Experience in sales incentive design, forecasting, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
- A growth mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do :
Define and manage sales targets, design incentive programs, and ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.Optimize GTM workflows and sales territories leveraging tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay to drive productivity.Monitor and analyze key revenue, funnel, and productivity metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance across segments.Lead automation and system enhancement projects, piloting AI-native tools to improve forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting.Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality analytics to support executive business reviews and strategic planning.Location : Bangalore
