We are looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager / Specialist who thrives on structure, analytics, and process optimization. You will be responsible for aligning Marketing, Sales, and Client Success operations through effective CRM management, ensuring that every touchpoint in the revenue journey is data-driven, efficient, and transparent.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Zoho / HubSpot CRM to support the full revenue lifecycle.
- Design and implement automations, workflows, and validation rules to enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and accuracy across CRM modules.
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Client Success through a unified RevOps framework .
- Collaborate with leadership to improve lead-to-revenue conversion and funnel performance.
- Conduct CRM audits and enforce governance for clean, compliant data.
- Build and automate reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements that drive productivity.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration .Proven hands-on expertise in Zoho or HubSpot CRM customization, automation, and analytics .Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM dashboards .Excellent communicator with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Passion for improving business systems and enabling teams to perform at their best.Bonus : Experience managing Zoho One or HubSpot suite , or certifications in CRM administration.
