Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and motivated Power Platform Technical Lead to join our team and assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both Power Platform and SPFx technologies and a desire to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in delivering business solutions, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to overall company growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Solution Development : Responsible for delivering business solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder / Co-Pilot, and SPFx.
Technical Leadership : Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using SPFx, and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform for both internal and external stakeholders.
Architecture and Design : Design, architect, and develop custom scalable solutions on Power Platform and AI builder models, ensuring best practices and alignment with business objectives.
Project Guidance : Provide direction to internal project teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality work and guiding troubleshooting and solution strategies.
Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with their strategic goals, producing technical and software specification documentation to facilitate solution implementation.
Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, while promoting the creation and adoption of reusable assets.
Customization and Support : Customize and extend Power Platform applications through configuration and development, maintaining documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides, while providing technical support and Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Power Platform and other relevant technologies, constantly looking to improve solution quality and innovation.

Qualifications :

8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Power Platform technologies.

Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Experience with Power Platform governance, security, and administration.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications :

PL-900 : Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (Required)

PL-600 : Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Good to have)
