Sales in Mortgage loan

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on sales in mortgage loans . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dealing with Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL) . This role is crucial for building a strong network of partners and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and loan processing.

Essential Responsibilities

• Business Development & Relationship Management :
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) & Connectors .
• Drive DSA & Connector empanelment to expand the business network.
• Create a consistent flow of new leads through these established relationships.
• Loan Processing & Sales Targets :
• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end loan processing cycle.
• Be accountable for meeting monthly login activities and disbursals as per assigned targets.
