Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Documentation Analyst Agentic AI

In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals release notes process guides and system overviews.

Follow defined documentation standards templates and versioning practices to ensure consistency across content.

Manage document lifecycle using Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g. Confluence SharePoint Git Azure DevOps).

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to collect inputs validate content accuracy and publish updated documentation aligned with release cycles.

Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and tagging content within internal repositories.

Review and edit documents for technical accuracy readability and adherence to corporate style guidelines.

Assist in maintaining compliance and audit readiness of documentation for AI data and automation products.

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline document creation and improve discoverability through structured metadata and indexing.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Technical Communication Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.

Experience in technical writing documentation management or knowledge management.

Hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g. Confluence Document360 SharePoint) and version control systems (e.g. Git Azure DevOps).

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Understanding of software development processes and familiarity with Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Exposure to knowledge management systems (KMS) and document taxonomy structures.

Basic understanding of AI analytics or cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP).

Certification in Technical Writing or Information Design preferred.

Strong attention to detail organization and collaborative communication skills.
