You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• .Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, release notes, process guides, and system overviews.
• .Follow defined documentation standards, templates, and versioning practices to ensure consistency across content.
• .Manage document lifecycle using Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Git, Azure DevOps).
• .Collaborate with product and engineering teams to collect inputs, validate content accuracy, and publish updated documentation aligned with release cycles.
• .Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and tagging content within internal repositories.
• .Review and edit documents for technical accuracy, readability, and adherence to corporate style guidelines.
• .Assist in maintaining compliance and audit readiness of documentation for AI, data, and automation products.
• .Continuously identify opportunities to streamline document creation and improve discoverability through structured metadata and indexing.
