Job Purpose
To manage, grow, and optimize the brand’s business on Amazon and Myntra by maintaining strong relationships with category teams, driving sales through assortment planning, promotions, advertising, and ensuring healthy account performance.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Business Planning & Growth
- Develop monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets and growth strategy for Amazon and Myntra.
- Analyze sales trends and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product launches on platforms.
2. Assortment & Catalog Management
Manage listings, catalog hygiene, product titles, descriptions, keywords, and imagery.Ensure timely go-live of new SKUs, content updates, and seasonal refreshes.Work with internal content / design team and platform teams for visibility.3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Maintain healthy stock levels, raise POs, manage stock reconciliations.Monitor fill rates, return rates, and aging inventory reports.Coordinate with warehouse / operations teams to resolve supply issues.4. Platform Relationship Management
Serve as the key POC for category managers / buyers at Amazon and Myntra.Represent the brand in joint business planning and negotiation of visibility campaigns.Stay updated on platform policies, category shifts, and new tools.5. Advertising & Visibility Planning
Plan and execute paid media strategies (Amazon Ads, Myntra visibility modules).Track ACoS, ROAS, and optimize spends across campaign types.Leverage platform events (BBD, EORS, Prime Day, etc.) for maximum exposure.6. Performance Reporting & Analytics
Share weekly / monthly dashboards with internal teams (sales, returns, ads).Analyze consumer behavior, traffic, and conversion funnel metrics.Identify gaps and recommend solutions to boost performance.7. Compliance & Operational Hygiene
Ensure platform compliance (product labeling, packaging, documentation).Handle negative customer reviews, penalties, and operational escalations.Coordinate with legal / compliance teams when necessary.Key Skills & Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing accounts on Amazon and Myntra (brand or aggregator side).Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, ad platforms.Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and campaign reporting.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.
