Achievement of revenue targets, New Product Sales (NPS) & AMC revenue for Siemens PCB, Mechanical design & simulation tools from West & North region customers
Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual Sales targets are met.
Accurately Forecast business and funnel generation activities within the territory.
Develop, maintain, and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Industrial, Semicon, Defense & new startups.
Develop and implement new sales / Marketing initiatives and strategies.
Work closely with the Application engineering team to ensure continuous customer demo / support
Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
Minimum Qualifications :
BE Electronics / BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales / Marketing [Preferably]
min. 3-5 years of experience in either PCB, CAD, CAE, Simulation software sales.
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of effective solution selling experience to commercial accounts from different industry vertical such as, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial, Semicon, Engineering Services etc
Good track record in Sales quota achievement & new logos acquisition
Demonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales.
Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.
Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department Heads
Self-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.
Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner.
