We are seeking a Learning Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our global learning operations. In this role, you will be the primary integrator, driving the transformation of learning services by implementing digital solutions, agile methodologies, and sustainable practices. You will lead a large team, manage key internal and external partnerships, and ensure operational excellence in the delivery of all learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Provide strategic direction for learning operations, ensuring they are aligned with talent management and business objectives. You will integrate digital solutions and support the company's digital transformation through technology adoption and system integration.
- Team & Resource Management : Lead and guide a team of Learning Operations Managers and their indirect reports. You will allocate resources effectively for both pivotal initiatives and ongoing operational needs, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the delivery of high-quality learning operations across various locations. This includes managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and maintaining business continuity.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact with senior leadership, internal partners, and external vendors. You will represent the 'voice of the customer' and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with the needs of various business units.
- Risk & Compliance : Manage risks associated with learning operations, ensuring all activities adhere to organizational policies and applicable laws. You will also lead change management initiatives to support the implementation of new processes and systems.
