• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for UK based construction clients
• Run outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow ups that actually convert
• Understand UK buyer behaviour and use the right sales tactics to close deals
• Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and progress
• Take full responsibility for hitting weekly and monthly targets
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handover of closed clients
• Maintain a high standard of communication that matches UK business expectationsWhat we expect from you
• Must have experience in lead generation and sales specifically for construction or trade based companies
• Must have prior experience working with UK clients
