  • Bangalore | 5-day office (Monday-Friday)

  • 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST (US hours as needed)

  • Job Overview :

As a Project Manager, you will lead strategic client engagements for our US collections and financial services portfolio. You will own the complete client journey from initial onboarding through expansion, ensuring exceptional delivery and driving measurable business outcomes. This high-visibility role directly impacts our growth trajectory in the US market, placing you at the forefront of Voice AI and GenAI innovation. You will manage implementations of our industry-leading conversational AI platform and shape how enterprises leverage AI for customer engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • During Solutioning :
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and design custom solutions tailored to client needs.
  • During Onboarding :
  • Lead kickoff meetings, work with client stakeholders and vendors for timely integrations, conduct discovery sessions to document requirements, develop rollout plans, and lead a team of solution and prompt engineers to develop custom bots.
  • During Activation :
  • Conduct daily / weekly performance reviews with clients to optimize campaign performance and monitor SLA compliance.
  • During Expansion :
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to develop strategic growth roadmaps and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • What we are looking for :
  • Essential Experience :
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in collections or financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value client relationships.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong escalation management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with collections technology stack (CRM platforms, Campaign management tools, payment gateways, and integrations).
  • Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, chatbot implementations, or SaaS / CPaaS projects.
  • Experience with AI / ML solutions in financial services.
  • Background in consulting and understanding of collections workflows and best practices.
