Job descriptionProvide technical leadership and guidance to our users while they are building their HyperVerge integrations. Utilize technical acumen to drive high-quality integrations while accelerating time-to-go-live. Conduct POCs to ensure that the products meet the client's requirements. Be the single technical point of contact for our customers and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner. Use first-hand customer knowledge to impact product strategy, working with all parts of HyperVerge to ensure its offerings continue to satisfy its largest and most strategic users' needs. Focus on personal competence building across all stages of customer life cycle. Constantly learn better ways to understand problems, manage situations, build trust and deeper relationship and help clients derive value out of the product. Sharpen your communication skills to understand the requirements of a client and resolve differences in opinion. Maintain composure through tough situations faced during the course of the interaction with the client. Share and build a best-practices knowledge base Learn to build relationships with the client where they feel comfortable to discuss all problems and issues openly. Develop a deep understanding of HyperVerge Technology and Products. Handle 2-4 existing key-accounts and 3-5 new accounts. A strong software development background with great communication skill is a great fit for this position At Least 2+ years of experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Has an educational background in engineering Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs and their integration. Comfortable with a few frameworks in Javascript or Android. Comfortable with international and domestic travel. Have experience with building products and interacting with clients. Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions. Ability to understand client's requirements, define a PoC and successfully achieve it to prove out HyperVerge tech for clients. Results-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in managing and mentoring junior Solutions Architect to help them achieve their goals.
Solution Design and Technology Adoption :
- Become an expert on HyperVerge's APIs / modules and how to best deploy them.
- Own and drive relationships with external technical audiences of all kinds from engineer to CTO to understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features / functionality for their specific business needs.
- Work hand-in-hand with HyperVerge's Sales team to develop proof of concept applications, present technical demonstrations, and help customers make the most of HyperVerge products.
- Discover new problems which the customer has and increase adoption of HyperVerge technology wherever applicable.
- Show final value delivered to the client through the above designed solution
