NOC Lead

Litmus7 is seeking a dynamic hands-on Network Operations Lead to drive the service delivery for the end customers. The ideal candidate must come with a strong network support background, with a proven track record of driving teams delivering quality service, managing SLAs and driving critical customer meetings, tracking actions to closure, and taking up the ownership of service delivery for this area.

What You'll Do

• Technically lead a team of individuals providing technical support to network infrastructure & Servers, on the below :
• Maintaining and troubleshooting network devices.
• Configuring network devices, such as routers and switches.
• Creating network diagrams and documentation.
• Monitoring network performance and security.
• Installing and updating network software and hardware.
• Assisting with network upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve complex network issues and to optimize network performance.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies.
• Creating dashboards and alerts for real time health monitoring of the network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain server health and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.
• Implement and manage server security protocols.
• Perform regular system updates and patches.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Document server configurations and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
