About the role :

Super.money team has been working in stealth to revolutionize the $500bn fintech landscape with an exciting digital lending play. We are all set to take off now and have our eyes set to become the largest lending platform in the next few months.

We are looking for world class talent who can help us accelerate this journey and be part of a core team that is just getting started .

What you’ll do :

  • Candidates should be able to create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based components and interfaces.
  • Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
  • Designs and develops user interfaces to internet / intranet applications by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
  • Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

What you’ll need :

  • 9+ Years of Software development experience in Java Programming. Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack.
  • Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.
  • Strong object oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
  • The ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex
  • Problems. Deep understanding of the project lifecycle process, able to define a comprehensive solution leading towards a common vision.
  • Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
  • Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform
  • Comprehensive operational experience including, optimizations, deployments and tuning servers like apache / mysql / tomcat / solr
  • Prior experience in working with Agile software methodologies (XP, Scrum), TDD and Continuous Integration(CI / CD) a plus.
  • BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent). Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience.
  • Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus
  • Expert level experience in building scalable, large and complex business application using some of above technologies and mentoring junior engineers.
