Job Description :

Lead the Network Operations Center team, optimizing monitoring systems and coordinating 24x7 alert management.

Drive improvements in monitoring, incident handling, escalation processes and documentation.

Ensure SLA targets are met.

Responsibilities :

• Lead NOC operations and teams across shifts; manage escalations and act as technical escalation point for critical incidents.
• Optimize monitoring systems and implement automation to reduce alert noise.
• Coordinate major incident response, stakeholder communications and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and mentoring of NOC staff; develop runbooks and SOPs.
• Produce daily / weekly status reports and trend analysis for leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
• Maintain compliance and support audits.
