New Business Development & Instant Revenue contribution : Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in each area from stage 0, winning instant Biz / POs. Emphasized product segments : IPC, industrial electronics, and embedded systems sectors.
Market & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to shape data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights to management.
Sales targets : Meeting Quarterly / Annual sales targets through disciplined sales planning, opportunity management and market share increment.
Strategic Account Development : Target and engage key decision-makers at OEMs, ODMs, system integrators and industrial distributors to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management : Establish, strengthen, and expand high-value client relationships through consistent follow-up, customized solutions, and strategic account nurturing to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a key liaison between India market and HQ to ensure alignment on pricing, supply chain coordination, product roadmap and all sales actions execution.
