We are now expanding our team and looking for a  Telesales Executive  to be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and lead coordination.

• 📞 Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle  inbound inquiries  from platforms like  IndiaMART, Justdial, website , and  direct phone calls .
• Provide basic product information for both  residential and commercial furniture(Training will be provided) .
• Maintain and update the  sales tracking sheet  with lead details, follow-up status, and client requirements. (Training will be provided) .
• Perform  pre-sales engagement  — qualify leads, understand needs, and initiate conversations.
• Forward relevant data and leads  to the Sales, Repair, and Dispatch teams for further action. (Training will be provided) .
• Proactively  follow up with potential clients  and ensure no lead goes cold.
• Stay informed about our furniture offerings — materials, use cases, and industry trends.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication across all customer interactions.
• 🧠 RequirementsExperience in telesales, inbound customer support, or inside sales (furniture / interiors experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in  Marathi, Hindi, and basic English .
• Familiar with tools like  Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business , and basic CRM usage. (Training will be provided for CRM Software) .
• Organized, prompt, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads.
• Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about  furniture categories and materials .
