About the role
In this newly-created role reporting to the Head of Enterprise Compliance, you will develop, maintain and deliver frameworks and strategies to support both policy and conflicts management, with the objective of ensuring Cbus meets all of our regulatory, compliance and legal obligations.
This will include :
You’ll also build and lead a small team to support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of governance across the Fund.

Experience and Qualifications
You’ll bring :
Experience in superannuation or financial services would be an advantage, but is not essential. Key to your success will be your expertise in policy governance and conflicts management and your ability to create and embed compliant, accessible and meaningful policy.

This is a full-time position based in Melbourne. At Cbus we work on a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 60% of your time in office.
