    About the role

    This newly created role sits within our Member & Employer Experience division and reports to the Group Head of Member Performance. You’ll be the go-to expert for Defined Benefits, leading internal engagement and collaboration, operational performance, resolving complex member issues, and driving service excellence. You’ll work closely with frontline teams, our fund administrator, and internal stakeholders to ensure our DB members receive the care and clarity they deserve.

    Key responsibilities include :

    • Leading the uplift of DB administration and service delivery
    • Providing expert advice and training to internal teams
    • Managing third-party relationships and oversight
    • Driving continuous improvement and strategic initiatives
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
    • About you

      You’re a seasoned professional with deep Defined Benefits knowledge and a passion for member outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and know how to influence, engage, and deliver results. You’re confident navigating complex issues and have a strong understanding of superannuation operations and compliance.

    • Proven ability to manage complex administration cases

    • Experience with DB operating models and third-party oversight
