Are you great at building client relationships and driving growth in fast-paced B2B environments? We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can work closely with BFSI clients and C-level decision-makers to deliver strategic digital solutions.
At Melento, you'll join a passionate team transforming how businesses handle documentation through AI-powered workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow strategic client accounts within the BFSI sector.
Build strong, long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Understand client business challenges and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to deliver tailored digital solutions.
Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize account growth.
Ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experience across all engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Melento's AI-driven automation to achieve business goals.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare business review reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in B2B account management or client success, preferably in BFSI, SaaS, Enterprise Tech, or Fintech domains.
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, and SaaS business models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
