Job Title : Supply Chain Analytics Delivery Manager (AVP equivalent)

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Role Overview :

The role holder will be responsible for managing Supply Chain Analytics delivery projects for our global clients. This individual will lead a team of around 20 professionals, driving project execution, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Analytics projects for global clients.

Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 analysts and data scientists .

Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.

Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.

Drive innovation by leveraging Databricks , Machine Learning , and advanced statistical modeling techniques.

Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics into demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain planning processes.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in Demand Forecasting , Demand Planning , or Supply Chain Planning .

Hands-on experience with Databricks and Machine Learning frameworks.

Exposure to O9 platform (good to have).

Strong expertise in Statistical Modeling and analytical techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation .

Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationship
