Data Analytics Manager - Power BI

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Data Analytics Manager with strong expertise in Power BI to lead our data analytics team.

You will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing, developing, and managing interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

As a manager, you will mentor analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align analytics strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers focused on Power BI solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment emphasizing quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team workloads, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to diverse business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights using data analytics and visualization techniques.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their KPIs and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integration, and governance best practices.
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and documentation for Power BI datasets and reports.
• Monitor and optimize Power BI data models and performance for scalability and responsiveness.
• Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
• Partner with business units, product managers, finance, marketing, and IT to drive analytics adoption and support strategic initiatives.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the impact of Power BI tools.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
