Role Overview

Axis My India is looking for a marketing Analytics and Optimization Manager to own the performance intelligence behind our outreach. This role requires a unique blend of analytical depth, experimentation mindset and growth strategy thinking. You will be responsible for analysing the full marketing funnel, opportunities for improvement and drive measurable impact across awareness, engagement, conversion and retention

Key Responsibilities

Analyse the end-to-end marketing funnel (awareness → engagement → conversion → retention) to identify drop-off points, bottlenecks and growth opportunities

Design and run A / B tests and controlled experiments to refine targeting, creatives, messaging and user journeys for maximum impact

Build real-time dashboards to monitor campaign performance, audience cohorts and key growth metrics, ensuring visibility across stakeholders

Leverage GA4, CRM, and attribution tools to map user journeys, measure touchpoints, and understand where conversions or retention are breaking down

Conduct deep-dive analyses on cohorts, (LTV), retention patterns to guide acquisition and engagement strategies

Partner with marketing and business teams to translate insights into actionable strategies

Build forecasting models to predict campaign outcomes and measure the incremental lift from marketing spends

Present regular performance updates, insights and actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders

Work with tech and data engineering teams to refine data pipelines, improve tagging accuracy and ensure robust attribution systems

Desired Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing or Statistics or Computer Science

Master’s degree (MBA / PGDMB in marketing, digital or Analytical) preferred

Certifications : Google Analytics (G4), Meta Blueprint, SQL / Data Analytics, Tableau / Power BI

Experience

6-8 years of experience in analytics / growth marketing, campaign measurement and funnel optimization

Strong background in consumer tech, digital first companies, e-commerce, media or performance marketing agencies

Demonstrated success in improving ROI / ROAS and guiding digital budget allocation

Technical and Operating Skills

Strong working knowledge of analytics tool like GA4, GTM and Adobe Analytics

Ability to analyse funnel (Awareness à Engagement à Conversion à Retention) and provide recommendation to optimise the bounce rate

Ability to translate complex data into simple business recommendations

Collaborative Mindset to partner with marketing, business and tech / data teams as well as external partners and agencies teams

Highly deadline-driven, detailed oriented and processed focused individual

Strategic thinker with the ability to connect micro level insights to macro business outcomes
