Key Responsibilities :
Data Layer Implementation : Design, implement, and maintain data layers for both Web and App platforms to ensure accurate event tracking and seamless data flow.
Tag Management & Tracking : Execute end-to-end implementations in
Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring smooth integration with
GA4, Google Ads, and other MarTech platforms .
Reporting & Dashboards : Build and automate reports / dashboards tailored for different stakeholders – Marketing, Product, and Business teams.
Insights & Recommendations : Analyse data and provide
actionable insights
to drive marketing ROI, product optimizations, and business decisions.
3rd-Party Tool Integration : Integrate, test, and maintain third-party tools and platforms through GTM and related technologies.
Scripting & Automation : Write
Python scripts
to automate reporting, data cleaning, and advanced analytics use cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech and Business teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
A / B Testing : Work closely with the product and marketing teams for setup and analysis of A / B test experiments
Ideal Candidate :
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Digital Marketing Technology, or related roles.
E-commerce or retail or analytics agency experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of
Data Layer design and implementation
across Web & App.
Hands-on experience with
Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads .
Proficiency in
Python scripting
for automation, data analysis, and API integrations.
Proven ability to design
dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
in tools like GA4, Data Studio / Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into
clear, actionable insights .
Experience in troubleshooting tracking / analytics issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
