About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and creative

Instructional Designer

to join our team. If you're passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and have a strong foundation in adult learning principles, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop engaging

Web-Based Training (WBT)

solutions for corporate audiences.

Translate business processes, soft skills, compliance, and engineering content into effective eLearning modules.

Apply

instructional design theories

(e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) to create impactful learning experiences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality content.

Ensure consistent tone, style, and accuracy using industry-standard

style guides

(MSTP, Chicago, or customer-specific).

Use

Microsoft Office tools

(Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at a medium-to-advanced level of proficiency.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

or

Master’s in Science, English, or Education.

4–5 years of proven experience

in instructional design.

Strong knowledge of

adult learning principles

and instructional best practices.

Experience in creating WBT for corporate customers.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in

instructional design

or

training methodologies .

Working knowledge of

rapid eLearning tools

such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.

Familiarity with

Learning Management Systems (LMS)

is a plus.
