Senior Instructional Designer

Graduation + 5 -7 years of experience as Instructional Designer -eLearning modules - OPEX

1. Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, simulations, and assessments using modern instructional design principles.

2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate content and create inclusive, learner-centered experiences.

3. Create multimedia-rich content using videos, animations, infographics, and interactive elements, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

4. Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data, and continuously improve content based on learner insights.

5. Write and design communication materials such as newsletters, Viva Engage posts, blogs, and leadership messages to support learning and engagement.

Proven experience in instructional design, storyboarding, and curriculum development. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, etc.,

2. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software like Rise 360, Storyline 360, Captivate, Synthesia, Adobe creative suite, and Camtasia.

3. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills. Exposure to working with global teams.

4. Should have intermediate graphics skills and should be able to develop infographics and flow chart as required to support the learning objectives.
