Job Description

• Create engaging storyboards. This includes designing visual storyboards in PowerPoint and textual storyboards in MS Word.
• Analyse the given content, chunk and curate it
• Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, user interface and finished product
• Write exercises / questions and activities that enhance the users learning process
• Review the work of other instructional designers and developed course
• Work with subject matter experts to clarify and understand the content
• Apply best practices in instructional design.This will include game-based learning, simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements and hands on experience in the design and development of blended learning solutions
• Collaborate with other functional teams
• Convert and apply theoretical instructional design knowledge to actual e-learning courses
