Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Reach out to customers (existing or new) to inform them about relevant banking products—such as loans, credit cards, insurance, or investment options.
- Needs Assessment : Identify customer needs through effective questioning and position appropriate offerings.
- Product Promotion : Clearly explain benefits, features, and suitability of products and services.
- Targets & KPIs : Meet or exceed sales conversion targets, call quotas, and performance metrics.
- CRM Management : Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-Up : Maintain follow-up calls or callbacks, nurturing leads and ensuring conversion.
- Compliance : Adhere to internal scripts, regulatory guidelines, and ethical selling practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduates preferred.Experience : Freshers welcome; prior experience in telesales / BPO or banking is a plus.Communication : Clear, professional speaking skills; comfort with regional languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) is an advantage.Technical : Basic computer literacy for CRM and contact management.Attributes : Persuasive, resilient, and goal-driven; able to handle rejection positively.Skills Required
