We are hiring for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) role to support the Bank of India's Inbound Process . We are looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve their issues.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification : 12th Pass and above. Candidates who are graduates or are pursuing graduation can apply.
  • Experience : Freshers are required for this role.
  • Communication : Candidates must have V3 communication skills (verbal, written, vocal).
  • Work Schedule : Rotational shifts with rotational offs.
  • Salary : Up to ₹15,000.
  • Perks : Paid Overtime (OTS).
