About the Role

This is not a typical internship. You will operate as a direct extension of the Founder, becoming a force-multiplier for the entire business. You will be immersed in every facet of the company—from high-level strategy and product decisions to the granular details of our sales and marketing execution.

You will be expected to work long, intense hours alongside the Founder.

The goal is simple : to give you an unfiltered, accelerated apprenticeship in building a company from the ground up. The learning curve will be the steepest you've ever experienced. Success in this role provides a direct pathway to becoming Chief Of Staff.

What You'll Do

1) Build

Ship small-but-mighty software : internal tools, API integrations, data pipelines, CLI scripts, dashboards.

Stand up lightweight agentic flows where useful; keep them observable and safe.

2) Automate

Convert SOPs / checklists into deterministic jobs (webhooks, queues, retries, alerts).

Add schema checks and guardrails so bad data never hits prod.

3) Operate

Own data hygiene (CSV / JSON validation, safe imports / rollbacks) and QA gates.

Write one-pagers, decision memos, and crisp status updates that move work forward.

4) Orchestrate 0→1

Take problems from “can we do this?” to “it’s live” : scope → build → deploy → instrument → iterate.

Write code daily

(Python or TypeScript) and are fluent with

REST APIs, JSON / YAML, SQL .

Enjoy turning fuzzy, manual processes into

clean data models, SOPs, and automations .

Care about

correctness

(validation, idempotency, rollback plans) as much as speed.

Communicate crisply (short docs >

long decks) and love owning outcomes end-to-end.

Must Haves : (Day 1)

Strong in

Python or TypeScript ,

Git ,

SQL ; comfort with

FastAPI / Express , queues / retries, and cloud deploys (Render / AWS / GCP).

Data rigor : CSV / JSON validation, schema enforcement, safe imports, audit trails.

Automation mindset : n8n / Zapier / webhooks, cron jobs, logs / alerts.

Evidence of

ownership : shipped tools / automations or open-source that made ops faster / safer.

Nice-To-Haves :

Knowledge of Supabase / Postgres, Airtable, Retool, HubSpot integrations.

LLM orchestration (LlamaIndex / LangChain), vector stores; simple React UIs for internal tools.

Observability (structured logs, alert rules) and basic security hygiene.

What success looks like :

30 days :

ship 2–3 priority automations / internal tools; add monitors that catch issues before users do.

60 days :

own a productized internal service; reduce recurring error rates.

90 days :

lead multiple cross-functional 0→1 projects to production.
