Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder’s Office Lead located in Bengaluru. The Founder’s Office Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing executive communications, and supporting business development efforts. Additionally, the role involves handling special projects, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.

Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience in strategic planning and business development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience in the video production industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
