Job Description : Founder’s Office — Brand, Community & Growth (ALIV Regenerative Wellness)

Location : Mumbai / Pune

Type : Full-time

Medical, Marketing, Ops, Clinics, Agencies

About ALIV

ALIV is a regenerative wellness clinic offering

targeted IV therapies, PRP / PRFM , and

Autologous Cell Therapy —focused on prevention and healthy aging.

Role Summary

Be the founder’s right hand. Drive brand building, community programs, and revenue growth. You’ll turn ideas into plans, plans into repeatable playbooks, and keep execution on track across teams.

Key Objectives

Align day-to-day execution with ALIV’s goals for

awareness, education, and expansion .

Act as a

strategist + program manager + operator

to move priorities to done.

Drive

pipeline and sales

with tight lead handling, follow-ups, and partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Planning

Build quarterly

brand + growth roadmaps

with clear targets, budgets, owners.

Create campaign frameworks for

awareness, qualified leads, and perspective shifts

(myths vs facts, safety, outcomes).

Draft

city-launch playbooks

(regional language, audience nuances, partners).

Track trends in

regenerative medicine & wellness marketing ; surface opportunities.

2) Brand & Content Ops

Maintain

brand voice, claims & compliance ; ensure medical accuracy with doctor sign-offs.

Own the

editorial calendar

across social, blog, email, WhatsApp, webinars.

Package founder / doctor narratives, case learnings (de-identified), awards, media.

3) Community & Partnerships

Launch and grow

WhatsApp / Telegram communities , webinar series, health camps.

Build

creator / KOL / doctor

collaborations, referral and ambassador programs.

Plan small events : talks, screenings, clinic open days; track outcomes.

4) Revenue & Pipeline

Tighten the

DM → consult → therapy

funnel with SOPs and SLAs.

Coordinate with front desk / counselors for

lead routing, follow-ups, show-ups .

Support landing pages, offers, and remarketing with the marketing team.

5) Program & Project Management

Run

weekly founder reviews : priorities, blockers, decisions, next steps.

Implement and admin a

PM tool

(Asana / Trello / Notion); keep owners and timelines current.

Vendor / agency coordination; negotiate scope, deliverables, and invoices.

6) Data, Reporting & Improvement

Build dashboards (GA4, UTMs, CRM) for

traffic, leads, consults, revenue .

Publish

weekly / monthly / quarterly

reports and action items.

Document

SOPs, templates, checklists

for repeatable execution.

KPIs

Qualified leads, consult bookings, show-up rate, therapy starts

Community growth &

engagement rate ; webinar registrations & attendance

  • Campaign delivery on time / in-scope;

SOP compliance

Partner / influencer-led reach & assisted pipeline

NPS / CSAT from events and post-consult feedback

90-Day Outcomes

30 days :

Audit + priorities; brand / claims guardrails; PM tool live; baseline dashboards.

60 days :

Always-on calendar; community program v1; DM / lead SOPs active; 1–2 city playbooks drafted.

90 days :

Creator / partner pilot, quarterly growth review ritual; measurable lift in

qualified consults .

Qualifications

3–6 years

across growth / brand / community / ops in startup or high-trust categories (healthcare / wellness a plus).

  • Strong written & verbal communication (English + Hindi / Marathi or local);
  • presentable and patient-friendly .

    Hands-on with

    GA4 / GTM / UTMs, CRM (HubSpot / Zoho), Sheets / Excel, Slides / PPT ; comfortable with Canva / briefing designers.

    Bias to action, structured thinking, confidentiality, and owner’s mindset.

    Nice to Have

    Experience running

    small events / webinars , community platforms, or ambassador programs.

    Basic CRO (LP wireframes), email / SMS automation, and local SEO / GMB hygiene.
