Job description

Responsibility

  • Management of India based e-Governance System Integration Business.
  • Do deft research, draft and solutions tailor-made for a given business situation, besides writing DPR’s,

designing, responses to RFPs / RFIs / RFQs.

  • Assistance in preparation of master plan for projects in consultation with Architect.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
  • Preparation of Technical and commercial proposals in consultation with the vertical head.
  • Preparation of detailed project report documents by developing it infrastructure specifications, plans, and schedules.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintains project data base by writing solution and preparing proposal.
  • Written communication includes anything related to company business propositions which needs to be communicated to its prospects & market at large.
  • Right down to drafting covering letters, preparing slick PPT related to solutions offered by Innovatiview.
  • Take lead in participating in opportunity assessment-&-qualification, developing response strategy, Proposal development, review and feedback process, Competitive positioning etc.
  • Interact with alliance partners and 3rd party Vendors to seek techno- commercial details of their Products include. Any Hardware, Software and Services etc. that shall go along with our company solutions.
  • Work closely with support functions like, IT / Operation / Marketing etc. to create compelling Value Propositions.
  • Conduct primary-&-secondary Market research from all possible sources to generate quality analytics and Dashboards.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Understanding of govt. ecosystems.
  • Experience in Solutioning / proposal (RFP, DPR) writing.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Open to travel.
