Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Client Servicing located in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and crafting business plans. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, developing strategic account management plans, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires close collaboration with the legal team to ensure clients receive superior service and support.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities

Proven experience in Key Accounts and Account Management

Excellent Customer Service skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Experience in the legal industry or a similar professional services environment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
