Client Servicing Manager (Advertising & Digital Marketing)

At DigiCrackers, we’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can champion client success — building strong partnerships, shaping impactful strategies, and ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from pitch to performance.
This role is about nurturing relationships with the clients, guiding ideas from concept to execution, and ensuring every project delivers measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Client Ownership – Be the go-to partner for clients, earning trust by understanding their goals and ensuring clarity at every stage.
- Campaign Strategy – Collaborate with creative, content, design, and performance teams to craft strategies and campaigns that deliver results.
- Pitching & Presentations – Confidently prepare and present proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reviews.
- Project Management – Drive projects from concept to execution, keeping timelines, priorities, and deliverables on track.
- Growth Mindset – Spot opportunities to strengthen and expand client accounts with smart, proactive recommendations.
