About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting blend of Recruitment and HR Operations , ideal for someone who enjoys managing both people processes and the fast-paced world of tech hiring.
You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent — especially in Technical and Data Science roles — while ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
Will prefer immediate joiners who can do work from office.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions — sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for Technical, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Use various sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to attract top talent.
HR Operations :
Handle end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and support payroll inputs.Assist in HR policy implementation and employee engagementCoordinate employee engagement activities, feedback surveys, and recognition programs.Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations , preferably in a tech-driven organization.Hands-on experience hiring for Technical and Data Science roles.Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
