Curate impactful experiences across the employee journey from onboarding and recognition to learning, celebrations, and beyond.

Act as the architect of Zyeta’s cultural rituals townhalls, offsites, and everyday touchpoints that inspire and unite.

Build cultural practices that become a signature of Zyeta and a benchmark in the industry.

Operations & Seamless Excellence

Lead HR operations with precision, empathy, and unwavering attention to detail.

Ensure payroll, HRMS, policies, and compliance are executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.

Build frameworks that scale with growth while keeping people experience at the center.

Innovation & Impact

Bring fresh ideas, digital tools, and new-age practices into HR and engagement.

5–8 years of experience in HR operations and engagement.
