Shift Timings : 06 : 30 PM till 03 : 30 AM (Night Shift)

Work Days : Mon-Fri

Experience Level : 6 months or above (however freshies are also encouraged to apply)

Compensation : 180000 to 360000 INR Per Annum depending upon experience of candidate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Fresh & Experienced) for the USA Market to join our R emote team . This individual will coordinate logistics, manage dispatch within the U.S., and build strong relationships with carriers while maintaining our reputation for exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities Areas :

Main responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.
• Evaluate the business growth initiatives and highlight areas of improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met.
• Expanding into new markets, and drive customer acquisition through potential leads.
• Nurturing healthy relations with customers and converting their queries to successful load / Orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction : Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, resolving any issues that arise.
• Provide regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and other departments within the company.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
