Job Description :
- Customer Onboarding & Engagement – Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and helping them derive maximum value from our MarTech platform. Conduct personalized product demos, training sessions, and share best practices for effective adoption.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand their marketing goals, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Support & Retention – Address customer queries with speed and empathy through email, chat, and calls. Proactively resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Performance Tracking & Insights – Monitor customer usage, engagement, and success metrics. Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and provide data-backed insights to improve customer outcomes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively. Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that drive product adoption and customer success.
Requirements :
1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles (preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment).Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms or influencer marketing ecosystems.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proactive, analytical, and customer-centric mindset.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
