Now, we’re looking for a Large Account Management Specialist (Part-Time) — a relationship-driven, strategic, and analytical professional who will play a key role in managing Oyster’s most important clients and partnerships.

About the Role

As a Large Account Management Specialist , you will manage and grow relationships with Oyster’s enterprise-level clients.

You’ll act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact, ensuring their success with our global employment solutions — from onboarding and service delivery to renewal and expansion.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to provide a seamless client experience while identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for large enterprise accounts, maintaining long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored HR and employment solutions.
  • Proactively engage clients through regular business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

Account Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Analyze account data to identify growth trends and client expansion potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable account strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract renewals for key clients.
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure exceptional delivery of global HR services.
  • Provide feedback to enhance product features and service quality based on client insights.
  • Represent the client voice within Oyster, helping align solutions with enterprise needs.
  • About You

    You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives in a global environment. You combine strategic thinking with a consultative mindset, and you genuinely care about helping clients succeed.

    Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions).
  • Proven track record managing enterprise or large accounts with high retention and growth rates.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset — experienced in using data and insights to drive strategy.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
