Customer Support Engineer - Production Printers

Job description

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta production printers.

Installation of new machines and providing demos to customers.

Maintaining required site kits to decrease machine downtime.

Providing Key Operator Training to users.

Managing service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and completing installations within the committed time frame.

Driving service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives and inventory management.

Preferably from a Production Printer background or related industry.

Skills Required

Software Deployment, Technical Troubleshooting, Network Configuration, Api Integration, Cloud Services, Scripting Languages, Incident Management, System Monitoring, customer communication
