We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Exe / Sr. Customer Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document support interactions and maintain records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
