Role Overview :
- The Therapy Business Manager will be responsible for driving the successful launch and growth of assigned specialty brands in accordance with the overall brand strategy.
- The role involves achieving business targets, strengthening customer relationships, building KOL networks, and ensuring seamless execution of ethical, compliant marketing activities in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities :
Successfully launch and promote assigned brands in the specialty segment as per brand strategy.Plan and consistently achieve patients-on-therapy, unit sales, and value targets.Ensure effective customer coverage and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the territory.Execute and support compliant medico-marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Manage distribution partners and ensure high-quality service is delivered across stakeholders.Proactively plan and implement short-term and medium-term business strategies for the region.Gather, record, and report market intelligence, competition insights, and field feedback to the Head Office (HO).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and territory growth.Required Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the specialty pharmaceutical segment (preferred).Proven experience in selling premium or specialty brands is essential.Strong track record of achieving sales and growth : B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences is required.(ref : iimjobs.com)
