Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience : 5+ Years in B2B Sales or International Business Development (US Accounting & Tax)

Shift Timing : US Shift (e.g., 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM IST preferred)

Job Type : Full-time

About Us

Ambit Tax and Accounting Services LLP is a leading accounting outsourcing firm providing US Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting services to CPA firms and small-to-medium-sized businesses across the United States. As we expand our presence in the US market, we are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Manager to lead outreach efforts and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to CPA firms, CFO firms, and business owners in the USA to pitch Ambit’s outsourced accounting and staffing solutions

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for senior leadership

Understand client needs, identify pain points, and propose tailored service offerings

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations

Track sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and prepare weekly reports

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in the BPO and accounting outsourcing space

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound business development (US market preferred)

Proven experience in cold calling to international clients, especially CPA firms or US-based businesses

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working during US time zones

Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
