As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you’ll play a critical role in shaping Graviton’s talent landscape — connecting with some of the brightest technical and quantitative minds to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Engineering and Quant Research teams, driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates across technical and quantitative domains.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from premier institutes and global markets.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Graviton’s long-term organizational goals.
