Job Summary :
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and support roles in the BPO industry. The role involves managing bulk and niche hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience, and meeting business hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Drive bulk hiring and walk-in drives as per business needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience in BPO / KPO recruitment.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong sourcing and networking ability.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Knowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.
