Position Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital advertising, email marketing, campaign optimization, analytics, and SEO. The role involves leading paid performance campaigns across platforms, managing influencer activations linked to performance outcomes, and owning client account P&L. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hyderabad—ideal for professionals seeking long-term growth, not freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
- Build and manage email marketing workflows to nurture leads and improve conversions
- Ensure SEO-friendly landing pages and campaign content
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop performance-led messaging and creatives
- Manage influencer partnerships as performance marketing extensions (where relevant)
- Analyze campaign metrics, generate insights, and refine strategies with a data-first approach
- Track budgets and maintain healthy ROI across accounts
- Liaise with clients to align objectives, budgets, and deliverables
- Own client-level P&L, ensuring strategic and financial impact
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Deliver ROI-focused KPIs : ROAS >3x, CPL within targets,CTR benchmarks per platform
Ensure 100% of campaigns are launched and optimized within turnaround timesRun at least one influencer-driven performance pilot per quarter (as applicable)Submit monthly client reports with analytics and recommendationsMaintain budget adherence with <10% variance from projections
Ensure 90%+ client retention across managed accountsRequired Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in managing full-funnel performance campaignsProven expertise across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing platformsStrong knowledge of attribution, analytics, and reporting tools (GA, Tag Manager, etc.)Working understanding of SEO and content-performance alignmentFamiliarity with influencer ROI measurement toolsExcellent project management, client communication, and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics (preferred)Compensation & Benefits
