Role Summary
You’ll own performance marketing across Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp — driving growth
through rapid experiments, smart iteration, and deep platform understanding. You’ll live in data,
learn fast, and use insights to push efficiency and scale every week.
What You’ll Do
- Run and optimize campaigns end-to-end — Meta, YouTube & WhatsApp.
- Launch fast experiments to test creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Track and improve key metrics — CAC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, retention.
- Diagnose issues fast — creative, audience, tracking, or algorithmic.
- Stay ahead of platform and algorithm changes;
adapt strategies quickly.
Map and improve full-funnel journeys from click to conversion.Share insights and next steps with the Growth team weekly.What You Bring
3–6 years in performance marketing across Meta, YouTube, or WhatsApp.Advanced command of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.Deep comfort with data, pixels, and event tracking.Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and creative performance.Obsession with testing, learning, and iterating fast.A growth mindset and an ability to collaborate with creative and tech teams.
